Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá životem, myšlenkami a aktivitami Zhao Ziyanga, který působil jako předseda vlády Čínské lidové republiky a více se pak zaměřuje na období let 1987 až 1989, kdy byl Zhao Ziyang generálním tajemníkem Komunistické strany Číny. První část práce představuje tři nejdůležitější osobnosti tehdejšího dění - Zhao Ziyanga, předsedu Ústřední vojenské komise Deng Xiaopinga a Hu Yaobanga, bývalého předsedu Ústředního výboru Komunistické strany Číny, jehož smrt vyvolala protesty a nepokoje, které se odehrály na Náměstí nebeského klidu v červnu 1989. Další část práce popisuje působení Zhao Ziyanga ve dvou nejdůležitějších oblastech - ekonomické a politické a představuje Zhao Ziyangovy nejdůležitější myšlenky týkající se reforem v ČLR. The next part of the thesis illustrates two main fields of interest of Zhao Ziyang - the economical field as well as the political field and offers also his most important ideas concerning the reforms in PRC. Activation of Elderly in an Environment of Social Services

The diploma is dedicated to the activation of seniors with dementia. The aim of the work is to outline the issue of progress and benefit of activation in seniors with dementia. The theoretical part deals with the theme of aging and aging with respect to various theoretical definitions. I have guided the dementia chapter, which is one of the most common problems of the aging population. I also deal with the overview of the social services that focus to seniors. At the end of the theoretical part I outline the benefits of activation of seniors with dementia and provide an overview of commonly used therapies in social care facilities. In the practical part I focused on the activities carried out in two residential establishments with seniors with dementia. For my research, I have chosen a qualitative approach and a semi- structured interview technique with residential workers. The output from the research is a discussion in which I describe the comparison of theoretical and factual information and propose other possibilities for research in this field

Evaluation of the efficiency of selected wastewater treatment plant

This paper is focused on primary, secondary, and total efficiency evaluation of the wastewater treatment process for chosen small wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) located near the Moravian Karst. Eight wastewater samples were taken during one year in three sampling profiles of WWTP: biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), suspended solids (SS), pH, ammonia nitrogen (N-NH4), nitrite nitrogen (N-NO2), nitrate nitrogen (N-NO3), inorganic nitrogen (Ninorg), total phosphorus (Ptotal). Treatment efficiency by reduction was calculated for all laboratory analyzed indicators and average values were determined for the whole period. Calculated treatment efficiency of indicators BOD, COD and suspended solids was compared with the permissible minimum treatment efficiency of discharged waste water by Government Regulation No. 61/2003 Coll., for the WWTP from 500 to 2 000 PE. Permissible minimum treatment efficiency is not legislatively determined for the primary and secondary level. The results of the work will be used especially to compare results with other similar works.Analyzed values ​​of parameters BOD, COD, suspended solids, N-NH4 at the outflow from wastewater treatment plant were compared with the permissible maximum values at the outflow of the WWTP which the municipality has an obligation to respect according to the decision issued by the District Environment Authority
